Sectioning Bifold Door and Selecting the Cinetto Hinge
In this example we section an Upper cabinet into 2 doors.
- Split Face Section vertically
- Click handle so both doors are left (or both right)
- Double click bi-fold door for door properties > Hinges
- Change Hinge
- Navigate to Cinetto group: Hinge > Fit > Cinetto Bifold Basics
- Select desired hinge
- 25kg Cinetto set with Centre Bifold hinge selected in this example...
Door Attributes
- Left Click 'DOR' object
- Cinetto Attributes:
- Lower Guide (No/Yes)
- Opening Kit (No/Pull to Open/Push to Open)
- Upper Rail (Silver/Black)
- Pull Attribute:
- Left/Right Reference (Center/Default/Hinge Side)
- Section View > Door Properties > Pulls > Set main door Pull Quantity to zero
Add Lower Guide and Options
Cinetto (Lower Guide) = Yes
- Cinetto (Lower Guide Y Adjust)
- Enter a value here to align the hardware with bottom, deck or shelf
NOTE: It is not recommended to use Lower Guide with Door Self Openers
INFORMATION: Adding a shelf is used as a locating option for the 'Opener Magnetic Catch'
Add Opener (Pull to Open) and Options
Cinetto (Opening Kit) = Pull to Open
- Cinetto (Magnet Catch Position)
- Select Above Bottom or Below Shelf
- Sample 3D with catch positioned below shelf
Add Opener (Push to Open) and Options
Cinetto (Opening Kit) = Push to Open
- Cinetto (Carcase Hinges): USE UNSPRUNG HINGES
- Cinetto (Magnet Catch Position)
- Select Above Bottom or Below Shelf
- Sample 3D with catch positioned below shelf
