How to use - Select Hinge Schedule at Assembly Level...
- Section View > Section Face: Door
- Section View > Properties > Hardware > Select the appropriate Hinge Schedule
- Selected: AVENTOS HK top
- That's all there is to it - The hardware is ready *
- Review cabinet attribute for valid cabinet sizes
* All lift system hardware in this package can be selected this way.
A note for Bi-Fold cabinets using AVENTOS HF top: So far, we have only tested top and bottom doors at the same height
- A good way to achieve this - Split the door horizontally, right click each door in Section View and 'Equalize Height'
How to use - Select Hinge material on Door Section...
- Section View > Section Face: Door
- Hinge Top
- Door Section Properties > Hinge
- Navigate to: Hinge > Blum > AVENTOS top Basics* group. (Selected: AVENTOS HK top Hinge) Click OK
- That's all there is to it - The hardware is ready
Note: Attribute for valid cabinet sizes is not created when selecting hardware this way.
* IMPORTANT: Only select 'Hinges' from this "AVENTOS top Basics" group - Hinges in the "Miscellaneous" group do NOT activate the UCS.
Blum AVENTOS top lift system Basics - Cabinet size warnings
- If your assembly doesn't fall within expected cabinet sizes, a warning is displayed in plan, elevation and 3D
- Example where the cabinet height exceeds 600mm high for AVENTOS top HK
- Use the attribute to remove the 'Cabinet Size Warning'
Adding extra Lift Mechanisms to your assembly - HF top, HF top SERVO, HK-XS...
- Orthographic view > Left click Door >
- Use Attribute for number of hinges (2 | 3 | 4)
- Note: Before a third or fouth lift mechanism will be added, your assembly needs a partition present
AVENTOS HK-XS - Using one stay (left or right)
- Left click the door in an orthographic view
- Set AVENTOS HK-XS (Hinge Quantity) to '1'
- Adjust AVENTOS HK-XS (Side) to 'Left' or 'Right'
Adding extra Lift Mechanisms to your assembly - HK top, HK top SERVO, HKi, HKi semi-integrated, HK-S, HL top, HL top SERVO, HS top, HS top SERVO...
- Section view > Door Properties > Hinges
- Quantity of hinges (2 | 3 | 4)
- Note: Before a third or fourth lift mechanism will be added, your assembly needs at least one partition present - Pictured with 2 partitions
