The door is created as a multi piece door which allows door sectioning:

  • Our UCS adds a "Routed" (1-piece), or "2-piece" option to each of the 'Panel Types'
  • The UCS hides frame parts, adds a slab (one piece frame) and adds routes to the slab for each panel
  • The UCS also passes conventional drawer guide, hinge and pull operations through to the slab
  • This User Guide assumes you know how to use CABINET VISION door sectioning

Job with 1-piece and 2-piece door for comparison...

In this job we simulate machining on both the 1-Piece and the 2-Piece Shaker doors so you can see how panels are routed, versus being machined separately. Start a job using the door of your preference. Section the first cabinet as pictured for an initial test. In your second cabinet, change the door from 1-piece to 2-piece (or visa-versa), "rinse and repeat" sectioning.
