• Show the Total for your Cabinets > Base, Upper and Tall - We have used this rate as a value per lineal metre and it equates to minutes at $60.00 per hour in order to give us the hours for the job
• Show These Molding Totals > Values per Meter to reflect the minutes required to run the material

e)  Bid Setup > Header

• Tick the boxes applicable
• Add Your Company Detail in the text box

f)  Bid Setup > Tax Rate - select a percentage markup which you wish to apply to the job

• Add Text for your footer in the text box

g)  Bid Setup > Extra Line Items

• Add other items not already included in your quote as shown below
• There are only 3 Line Items which capture the 'markup value'
• Items listed in the Non-Taxable Line Items area will require the 'markup' value added to it at this level

h)   Basic Report has been produced

• To calculate the labour > add the minutes in the Cabinets, Doors & Drawers and Molding Sections - total then divide the total by 60 = total hours
• i.e. Total of 1896 mins divided by 60 = 31.6 hours = 31hours 36mins
• Your Bid for this Job under Materials and Labour equation = $6692.00 + 33%(tax) Markup = an overall total of $9150.00 + GST
• This report can be either printed from the print icon on the top shortcut bar or Export to RTF to be amended in Word
